Leaked set photos and video from Disney's live-action Tangled adaptation have revealed identical twin comedians Patrick and Hugo McPherson in full costume as the Stabbington Brothers.
Standing at 6'7", the duo was captured performing wire stunts across a stone building set, earning instant fan praise for accurately matching the red-haired thieves' imposing animated likenesses.
Directed by Michael Gracey, production commenced this summer at Ciudad de la Luz Studios in Alicante and historic sites in Girona. The McPhersons join a lead cast featuring Teagan Croft as Rapunzel, Milo Manheim as Flynn Rider, and Kathryn Hahn as Mother Gothel.
With an eight-month production schedule underway across Spain, early set details suggest a warmer color palette than the 2010 animated original, pointing toward an anticipated 2028 theatrical release.
