French entertainer Michel Lotito, known as "Monsieur Mangetout" ("Mr. Eat-All"), held the Guinness World Record for the strangest diet ever documented. Beginning in childhood, Lotito consumed non-edible materials on stage, including bicycles, shopping carts, televisions, and even a complete Cessna 150 airplane—a feat that took two years to finish.

His process was strictly methodical: he used a power saw to chop metal and glass into small pieces, swallowing them whole with mineral oil and large amounts of water to facilitate passage. Medical specialists confirmed via X-rays that Lotito consumed nearly 900 grams of indigestible material daily without suffering physical harm.

Doctors attributed his ability to an unusually thick stomach lining and exceptionally strong digestive juices. Lotito passed away from natural causes in 2007, leaving behind a legacy as one of history's most bizarre human anomalies.
