Dune Part Three Ticket Sales Launch Causes Massive AMC Site Meltdown

Sci fi cinema fans have ignited an unprecedented ticket buying frenzy as advance sales for Denis Villeneuve’s Dune: Part Three officially went live!

The overwhelming surge in demand caused a major digital meltdown across AMC’s official website and mobile app, as hundreds of thousands of eager moviegoers attempted to reserve their opening weekend seats simultaneously.

The extraordinary digital traffic prompted AMC Chief Executive Officer Adam Aron to issue a public statement addressing the technical disruptions.

Aron revealed that incoming user traffic during the ticket launch was roughly THREE TIMES higher than the previous record setting demand logged during the ticket release for Spider Man: Brand New Day, highlighting the massive anticipation surrounding the sci fi epic.

This historic pre sale activity has led industry analysts to predict that Dune: Part Three could easily shatter franchise box office records.

Dune: Part Two previously secured a impressive $82.5 million domestic opening weekend in North America, this unprecedented consumer demand suggests that the third installment could finally propel the franchise past the coveted $100 million domestic debut mark, setting up one of the largest theatrical events in recent years.
