HBO has officially renewed A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms for Season 2, with reports targeting a 2027 release—making it the next confirmed project set in Westeros.
Adapting George R.R. Martin’s beloved Dunk & Egg novellas, the series follows the ongoing adventures of Ser Duncan the Tall and his young squire, Egg, offering a more intimate, character-focused look at the Game of Thrones universe.
With House of the Dragon Season 4 expected around 2028 and other spin-offs still in early development, Dunk and Egg are officially next in line to bring fans back to the Seven Kingdoms.
