Warner Bros. Pictures is officially bringing Trevor Henderson's viral internet cryptid, Siren Head, to the big screen. The studio secured the highly coveted rights after winning a fierce five-studio bidding war in July 2026.
The horror adaptation boasts a stellar creative team: Zach Cregger (Barbarian) is co-writing the script alongside Brian Duffield (No One Will Save You), who is also set to direct. Creator Trevor Henderson will serve as executive producer. This announcement rides a massive box-office wave for internet-to-screen horror, following the massive success of A24’s The Backrooms.
The upcoming film is expected to focus on intense isolation, likely set in a remote forest where the towering creature blends into the trees. It will heavily leverage Siren Head's terrifying ability to mimic air raid sirens, emergency broadcasts, and the voices of loved ones to lure unsuspecting victims.
