Slime Anime: Ifrit's Revealing New Humanoid Form Blamed on Veldora

In Episode 63 of "That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime," the fire spirit Ifrit received a striking, highly revealing humanoid form during his resurrection. The flashy design featured dark skin, flowing red hair, and ornate gold attire. 

The anime pointed the finger directly at the storm dragon Veldora. To free Ifrit from Rimuru's stomach, Veldora had suggested using a spare Charybdis magic core as a vessel. Due to their close bond—and Veldora's heavy manga-reading habits—the dragon's eccentric tastes shaped Ifrit's initial "waifu" look.

The revealing form was short-lived, however. Once Veldora officially bestowed the name "Charys" upon him, a massive influx of naming magicules permanently reshaped the spirit into a sharp, masculine form—disappointing Veldora but delighting fans.
