Global superstar Adele is making the most of her music hiatus by pursuing an online degree in English Literature. The endeavor fulfills a long-held dream first shared during a 2022 Q&A, where she revealed that if her music career hadn't taken off, she would have become an English teacher.
Having missed out on university earlier in life, Adele always regretted not earning her degree. Her passion for the subject stems from her former secondary school teacher, Ms. McDonald, with whom she famously reunited on stage in 2021.
Adele is completing her coursework remotely with a tutor purely for the personal accomplishment, showing that it's never too late to pursue higher learning and follow personal passions.
